Modernization
January 7, 2021 12:59 amSince the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have moved deeper than ever into the digital age, and the Clerk’s office can help lead the way. The Clerk is responsible for producing official minutes of all City meetings, processing ordinances/resolutions, updating the municipal code, ensuring free and fair elections, and accurate keeping of all City records.

January 7, 2021 12:55 amBecause the Clerk’s office receives all communications and petitions from the public and conveys that information to the City Council, it is the job of the Clerk to help the people raise their voices and ensure that their voices are heard.
